Cancellation
Guest may cancel or modify their reservation up to 7 days before arrival day.
After that guest will be charged 50% if cancelled within 2-6 days of their stay.
Guest will be charged full amount of stay if reservation is cancelled with-in 1 day of arrival.
In the event of late arrivals or early departure the guest will be charged the full amount of their stay.
We do not issue refunds for No Shows, late arrivals or early departures. This includes but is not limited to travel changes, inclement weather, park closures, personal circumstances (of any kind broken down vehicles, illness, etc).
Pet Policy
We accept pets but have a flat rate charge of $20 and a maximum of 2 pets. Please contact us at (435)559-2555 if you have more than two pets.
